How did he survive? How alone he must have felt? Is he the last of his litter? Hopefully last of his litter that was dumped in the country to freeze, to stare? But not the last one that this type of tragedy will happen to.
Thanksgiving was when his two siblings were found out in the tree area of a volunteer only 8 wks young just babies, then two weeks later another was found (Comet), now another two weeks later this sweet guy was found. We call him Peanut. Full of cuddles and purrs. So happy to be with you and fed. Peanut survived two big snow falls, temperatures that plummeted to -25, cold winds, no water or food except what he could find in a barn nearby.
Peanut must have been in a home with children and other animals as he is used to both. To be, (I would use the word Loved, but no one could love an animal and then do this to him), in a home where he was cuddled, pet, fed, had his mom and siblings for comfort and warmth and obviously a lot of attention and then just discarded as they all were is unbelievably and unbearable to think of. Shame on those that do this.
Please take Peanut into your hearts and home so he can have the happy ever after story he deserves.
