Brave Meggie has lived a lifetime already despite only being around 18 months old. Found on the highway with her two puppies, all three were starving and in poor condition. Meggie also had a horrific injury to her back foot from being caught in a snare or trap. A few weeks on, both puppies are healthy and adopted, and now it’s Meggie’s turn to find her family! A Shepherd X, Meggie is perfectly medium
sized. She’s smart and though living in foster care only a short time is excellent on and off leash and with basic training. Meggie loves people, especially her people. Meggie would suit being a single dog in a household because she just wants to love you and be loved in return. The injured foot is healing well. Despite the extent of the injury and two missing toes, Meggie can use the foot normally and loves going for walks with her foster mom. She loves car rides and snuggling on the couch, forest walks and playing with her foster sisters. A playful, active girl, she wants to be your loyal partner with all her heart. Meggie had a tough start to her young life, she deserves a loving home. Will you be her second chance?
