Violet was rescued from a busy highway with her injured mom, and sister Avery. She was seriously malnourished and very afraid of humans. After just a couple of weeks in foster care, Violet has transformed into a healthy, happy and playful pup!
Born around late January, Violet is a smaller girl, probably a maximum 40lbs once full grown. A shepherd/ kelpie X she is smart and sweet, housetrained and doing great with all her basic skills. She loves to play with her foster sisters and loves the water. She can be a bit nervous of big dogs initially but settles quickly. Violet still needs reassurance when having new experiences but is learning fast and enjoying her daily walks, car rides and making friends. A life that was full of fear and hunger such a short time ago is now an amazing adventure!
