Mia is a beautiful young Australian Shepherd( maybe heeler) mix who recently finished raising her puppies and is now ready for a fresh start of her own. After spending her early days focused on being a devoted mama, it’s finally Mia’s turn to find a family who will give her the love, patience, and security she deserves.
Mia is a sweet, gentle girl who can be a quute shy at first. Once she feels safe, her loving and affectionate personality starts to shine. She’s a very smart girl and forms strong bonds with her people, but she will do best in a calm, quieter home where she can continue building confidence at her own pace.
Busy households with young kids can feel a bit overwhelming for Mia, so she’d prefer an adult home or one with older, calmer children. The good news? She gets along wonderfully with cats and would happily share her home with feline friends.
Mia is still learning that the world isn’t such a scary place, especially when it comes to leash skills. With patience, gentle guidance, and lots of encouragement, she’ll continue to grow into a confident companion.
