Meet Nash!
The ridiculously handsome mixed breed boy, who is everybody’s best friend.
Nash is an excellent listener, a quick learner, and always eager to please. He walks well on leash, knows basic commands and cuddles like it is his full time job.
A beautiful and unique boy, Nash has had a rough life so far but is absolutely flourishing in his foster home. Couch naps? Heck yeah. Walks in the sunshine? Oh yes indeed. Playing with his foster sister? He’s always ready.
Nash spent more than a year in another shelter. We don’t know what happened to him before he arrived there but we know it was Nothing Good. Having got to know him it’s so hard to understand why he was passed over. But we don’t judge, we love.
Whatever shady experiences dashing Nash has had, he has some fear around meeting new dogs, especially males. He will get stressed on the leash and bark. With the help of his foster mom and a couple of doggy friends Nash is quickly realizing that there’s nothing to be scared of. In a short time he’s come really far with his social skills which shows he’s so ready to learn and keep up the good work.
Nash is estimated to be 2 years old. He’s around 65lbs, fully grown, fixed and vaccinated. He is more than ready for a family to call his own. Nash would do well with another large breed sibling, as he loves to run and play with dogs, and very quickly bonded with his foster sister.
Half a life in a shelter, Nash is so ready for his dreams of a loving family to come true.
