Meet Sitka
Sitka is a happy, resilient 10-month-old pup who has come an incredibly long way in a short time. Despite a difficult start—facing neglect, starvation, and being bullied by other dogs—Sitka has shown nothing but strength and heart. When he first arrived, he was underweight and covered in fresh and healing wounds, his body marked by scabs from past fights and hardship.
Today, Sitka is a completely different dog. With proper care and love, he has gained healthy weight and is thriving. Even more remarkable is his spirit—he is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and eager to learn.
Living alongside a supportive “tribe” of dogs has helped Sitka build confidence, learn to trust, and finally feel safe and loved. He has adapted beautifully to home life and continues to show excellent social skills with every dog he meets.
Sitka is ready for his next chapter—a forever home where he can continue to grow, love, and be loved in return. 💛
